Pressure Screen Slotted Basket
(A) Slotted Basket : This Screen Basket has super-smooth surfaces after special deburring process and fine workmanship. Optimum performance is achieved after electro-polishing and overall chrome-plating.
(B) Outflow Wedge Wire Basket : The Wedge Wire Basket slots are made in all length with the flange and reinforcement ring occupy no area more than 40% larger than the slot aperure ratio. The slots of the wedge wire basket can be minimum 0.1mm with even slot width and precision that parallels that in foreign countries to ensure 90% slots having width with in ± 0.023 mm. The entire surface of the screen basket is plated with hard chrome, with the thickness of the plating from 60 µm which can be increased to 200-250 µm when special impurities are found in the pulp. |

D-Hydrapulper equipment’s body section is D-type. Change the flow route in the pulper, enlarge the number rotor and pulper meet, therefore improves the production capacity.
The clearances between the screen and the plate is adjustable. It makes the heavy impurity drop down the grit chamber directly and reduce the abrasion. |
