Suction Couch Roll

Suction Couch Roll is used to dehydrate wet paper in the squeeze process.

Features:

Evenly dehydrate wet paper at the breadth and increase dryness.
Increase tension and strength of wet paper.

Structure:

Suction Couch Roll has a helix arrangement of small thru-holes on the roller surface. When wet paper is delivered to the roller surface, its moisture flows into the vacuum box in the roller through holes evenly arranged. Therefore, it can produce good dehydration.
It mainly consists of pulley to vacuum box, pressure pneumatic tyre (enclosed), seal strip, intake width regulator of vacuum box, vacuum box, bearing, roller casing and intake seat.
