Rubber Bellow
We are one of Leading Importer of High Quality Rubber Bellows. Our Air stroke Actuators are available in sizes ranging from 2.2 inches to 37 inches in diameter. The force capability is 100,000 Pounds. Strokes of up to 14 inches are possible in our Rubber Bellows. our Air spring actuators have no sliding seals, hence there is no break way friction as with conventional cylinders. Our Rubber Bellows are designed for use with compressed air. Pressure can be kept 7kg/cm2 maximum for 2 ply & 12 kg/cm2 for high strength. |

Pneumatic Felt Stretcher
Description:

Stretching carried out by air bellows.

The stretcher roll is kept within the desired tension range by help of an air motor and a gear box.

The air motor is equipped with a manual control valve.

The carriage is equipped with rollers with slide bearings.

Material alternatives:
- Brackets epoxy-painted construction steel, other parts acid-proof
steel.
- The whole device acid-proof steel (except for motors and bearing
housings for the cross shaft).
