Forming Board
It is easy to place due to the ball washer. The forming board can be adjusted horizontally & vertically during operation in machine direction. The forming board can be mounted several ways. The material of forming board is acid-proof statinless steel and the strips are made of HDPE-Plastic. The clamping mechanism for leading strip is T bar for trailing strip.

Foil Box
It is easy to place due to the ball washer. The Foil box can be mounted several ways. It is movable in machine direction if dovetail mounting is used.The material of foil box is acid-proof statinless steel and the foil strips are made of HDPE-Plastic. The clamping mechanism for foil strip is T bar.

Vacufoil Box is easy to place due to the ball washer. The vacuum pipe is located on drive side and the water outlet on tending side. The end deckles are used for vacuum width adjustment. It is movable in machine direction if dovetail mounting is used. The material of vacufoil box is acid-proof statinless steel and the foil strips are made of HDPE-Plastic. The clamping mechanism for foil strip is T bar.
