Disc Thickener is used to wash and thicken the low consistency pulp. Disc sector is made of stainless steel with excellent corrosion resistance. The filtering area is also large due to the structure of the disc sector, allowing filtrating large amount of white water when operating. The consistency of white water filtrated is comparatively lower.

Gravity Cylinder Thickener is used for thickening and washing the low consistency pulp such as wood pulp, cotton pulp, straw pulp and waste paper pulp.

It is used for thickening & washing various pulps. It is a gravity-filter. It lifts stock through a rotating screw roll inclined about 60º in the pipe-shaped filter drum. It is also suitable for thickening & washing pulp such as mechanical pulp, wood pulp etc.
