Drum Pulper is used for the continous breaking and coarse screening of waste paper material  in high consistency. When it is used for processing deinking pulp, the chemical can be mixed fully and the ink particles can br separated from the fiber easily. The equipment is furnished with automatic control system & consistency control system. 

D-Hydrapulper equipment’s body section is D-type. Change the flow route in the pulper, enlarge the number rotor and pulper meet, therefore improves the production capacity.

The clearances between the screen and the plate is adjustable. It makes the heavy impurity drop down the grit chamber directly and reduce the abrasion.

Impurity Separator is used for separating the light and heavy impurities and defibering the stock from the hydrapulper. It combines the functions of paper defibering and impurities separating. It reduces the preliminary treatment, energy consumption and improves the production capacity.
