ONLINE1 CONSISTENCY CONTROL SYSTEM
Consistency Control Loop is integrated in Paper Mill with the help of Consistency Transmitter (measurement device), Consistency Controller, I/P Convertor & Pneumatic Control Valve. Consistency control is used in controlling solid percentage in pulp i.e. the concentration of the pulp. We provide Complete Control Loop along with Level Control for unique solution. Consistency Control is helpful in regulating & controlling the grammage of paper. In most of the Paper Mill, it is used either in Machine Chest or in Blending Chest. We recommend consistency control loops in the process, one at the Blending Chest and second at the M/c Chest. No body can control the grammage without Consistency Control.
Consistency Transmitters are of two types:
a) MBT2300 - Moving Blade Consistency Transmitter
An active blade shear force consistency transmitter, cost effective for less demanding applications yet still with high requirements on reliability & performance. The active blade makes this transmitter less sensitive to variations in flow; making it a good choice to be placed after the broke pulper, where flow variations occur quite often. High durability and robust design guarantee untroubled operation with this sensor, which measures 1.5 - 8.0% consistency.
b) SBT2400 - Static Blade Consistency Transmitter
This robustly designed transmitter provides competitive performance in applications where static blade transmitters are traditionally used. Due to its sturdy construction it can withstand mechanical maltreatment better than any other static blade transmitter on the market. Perfect for less critical applications in the 1.5 - 16% consistency range.
