To name a few, we would like to mention the following projects which have been successfully executed:

1. 50 TPD Writing & Printing Machine was designed, manufactured, erected & commissioned in 2007 in Rainbow Papers Limited, Ahmedabad. Machine is running successfully. Complete engineering and manufacturing was done by us.

2. Re-Engineering of 25 TPD machine to 40 TPD News Print machine by adding complete new Press & addition of new Dryers. In Kamakshi Papers Ltd., Gajraula machine is running successfully since 2005 onwards.

3. Re-Engineering was done to improve 60 TPD Duplex Board Machine in terms of quality and production by adding Size Press, Dryer & Rope Carrier in 2007. Machine is running successfully in Rama Paper Mills Ltd., Kiratpur.

4. Manufacturing, Design, Erection & Commissioning of Jumbo Press in Sikka Papers Ltd, Shamli since 2004 onwards. Jumbo press is working successfully at a Nip Load of 200 km / Cm2.

5. Conversion of Open Head Box into pressurized Head Box and as a result, machine speed was increased from 250 MPM to 400 MPM for newsprint machine in Rama Paper Mills Ltd, Kiratpur (U.P). Re-Engineering & Re-Build was done for improving production efficiency and quality. Head Box is running successfully since 2005 onwards.

6. Re-Engineering is done for Naini Papers Ltd. for converting runout wire arrangement into cantilever wire arrangement and addition of wet end elements in kraft paper machine. Re-Engineering of Press Section is also done in Naini Papers Ltd. for improving Nip load & efficiency of the press. Press is working successfully at Higher Nip Load in Kraft Paper Machine.

7. Re-Engineering of ISO – Sizer (Film Press) is done for Meppco Paper Egypt Project execution is under progress.

8. Manufacturing and supply of 42 Nos. Auto Guides & 36 Nos. Doctors in Rainbow Papers Ltd. (GM) in 2006. Repeat order is under progress.

9. Manufacturing & supply of 6 Nos. of showers, 1 Nos. hydraulic system, 1 No. centric leaner & 1 nos. pressure screen to Rainbow Papers Ltd. Repeat order is under progress. Complete engineering was done by us for Approach Flow System.

10. Manufacturing and supply of 28 Nos. Auto Guides to Chadha Papers Ltd (U.P) for PM-I & PM-II.

11. Manufacturing and supply of Auto Guides (13 Nos.) Uhle Box (14 Nos.) & Felt structure (12 Nos.) to Akshera Papers Ltd (T.N).

12. 12. Manufacturing and supply of Auto Guides (6 Nos.) to ITC Triveni Tissues (Kolkata) & 4 Nos. to Ballarpur Industries Ltd. (MH).

13. 13. Manufacturing & supply of 24 nos. Auto Guides to Murli Agro Products Ltd., Nagpur (MH).

14. 14. Manufacturing and supply of 8 Nos. Auto Guides to Ballarpur Industries Ltd.

We have supplied wet end elements Auto Guides, Felt Stretcher, Showers, Doctoring arrangement & so many other spares to various paper mills.
